I made a return to wedding photography the week before last and thankfully it was a lovely warm overcast day - perfect conditions for taking pictures. A wedding can be a very rewarding occasion photographically, however it can also be a very long day - tiring both mentally and physically. Coverage from bridal preparations in the morning all the way through to the evening entertainment can last around 10 -13 hour. Carrying equipment for this length of time can take its toll, and in addition, trying to think of new and artistic ideas for this period certainly keeps the mind active.
This is a selection of 30 images from a total of 774 supplied to the happy couple. Hopefully it gives a sense of the occasion and some amazing memories for them to look back on in years to come.
